Diversions Events
Our events provide an opportunity for families to meet in a setting away from the hospital environment. We all have our ups and downs but at a Diversions day you'll see there are usually positives to be drawn from even the toughest situations.
Activities are tailored to meet the needs of individual's making them accessible to all. Our events are open to the whole family, including siblings and other family members. With free places or subsidised rates for many activities, you're sure to find something you'll enjoy.

This full day of activities may include things such as crate stacking, problem solving, tree climbing and leap of faith. The day is accessible to all and is aimed to build confidence and self esteem. A chance to take part in fun, exciting activities as well as making new friends or catching up with old friends. Take part in a much or as little as you like. There will be a stoma care exhibition on site over lunch.
